Notes error: Index is not to be generated on server

Hello everybody!

I´ve got an folder 'foo', it´s type is 'shared, private on first use'.
The private copy of this folder is not build yet.

If a plugin tries to access the folder, using database.getView("foo"), it leads to this exception:
Index is not to be generated on server. (foo)

Does anybody know a gentle way to create the private copy, meaning, without quickly opening and closing it?

The user has enough rights, after creating the copy (View > Go To...) the plugin works fine.
